Inferno Mountain

Okay, that's my first critique ever, so here it goes c:.

The first thing I notice is how the volcano looks itself. A volcano is more like a mountain, you should try to work with the rocky aspect of the volcano to make it look a bit more realistic, maybe not with the inking but with the shading. You don't shade a mountain like you would normally shade anything else, it's kinda hard I can understand though. Try to look and study at pictures of volcanoes, it will help you.

The fire at the top looks a bit odd. Even in the game, there's no fire there (well, from the pictures I saw), it's smoke. If you wanted to add fire, you should have done lava ejecting from the crater. It would add a lot to the dynamism too.

The sky too has a little problem. I can see you tried to give it a bit of a "cloudy" look, which is good, but you should have made it way more darker since there is smoke coming out of the crater and that fire. From what I see, it looks like it's about to errupt or is errupting, if the sky was darker it would look more real and the mountain would stick out more.

One last thing, try to use opacity and a brush more than the smudge tool for the fire and the smoke.
